CareVaultc was built from the inside out — by people who understand the challenges of domiciliary care because they have lived them.
Samuel has been in the IT industry since November 2011 — over 14 years of hands-on experience building software, managing infrastructure, and solving real problems with technology.
Before founding CareVault, he spent 3+ years working directly in the domiciliary care sector as an IT professional — coordinating visits, managing rotas, dealing with compliance paperwork, and experiencing first-hand every frustration that care coordinators face daily.
That unique combination of deep software engineering expertise and real-world care experience is what makes CareVaultc different. Every feature was built with a simple question: "Would this actually help a coordinator on a busy Monday morning?"
Francis brings over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a sharp focus on user interface design and user experience. He is the creative force behind CareVaultc's clean, intuitive design language.
Working hand-in-hand with Samuel from day one, Francis was responsible for turning complex care workflows into simple, beautiful screens that anyone can use. His philosophy: "If a care coordinator needs a manual to use your software, you've already failed."
Every button placement, colour choice, and interaction flow in CareVaultc has been deliberately designed to reduce clicks, eliminate confusion, and make even the most complex care operations feel effortless.
